The bidding for the No.20 plot of Gaoxin District in Changsha was officially opened on April 24th, 2020. It attracted huge attention from many established real estate companies and education enterprises because the plot location is in a relatively developed area where a high-end private bilingual school is required to be built. In the end, China Overseas Property won the bid together with Chiway Education as the operating partner. The two parties will work together to build a high-end private bilingual school catering to students from the ages of 3 to 18.

 

Chiway Education has signed a cooperative agreement with China Overseas Property and China Overseas Education to introduce a new model of “Education + Real Estate” so that to improve the sharing of high-quality resources and give full play to their leading roles in the respective fields. The cross-boundary cooperation will further integrate the edges, resources and talents in order to share and enhance each other’s advantages, exploring and contributing to real estate innovation as well as education revolution.
